SHIPMENT TERMS

 Important Note: The delivery of your item may be delayed due to logistical reasons as a result of the current coronavirus situation. We will try our best to fulfil your order(s) as promised. Please contact us, we are always happy to help!

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 7-10 business days for your order to be processed and shipped in Hong Kong and 30-60 business days for international orders. 

SHIPPING WITHIN HONG KONG :

Hong Kong Orders

All orders will be shipped via local courier , which offer 3 -5 business day delivery upon purchase within the express post network, and it may requires a signature on delivery. 

 INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

International Orders

For orders outside of Hong Kong, please contact us for special arrangements. Please note that custom fees and import taxes may occur, and you will be responsible for these fees to receive the order.

All orders are shipped via international express , which offers upto 30-60 business days delivery within the express post network, and requires a signature on delivery. 

All successful orders will be notified by email for confirmation and tracking.
